Obituary for Faith Reed Kidd
Faith Reed Kidd, 88, of Napier, WV passed away on May 8, 2022. She was born in Orlando, WV on February 8, 1934 to parents Frank Kidd and Vada Taylor Kidd.
Faith was preceded in death by her parents and brother; Rollin Kidd.
Faith was a lifelong resident of Braxton County, WV and a Methodist by faith. She was a cattle farmer and raised registered polled Herefords and chickens. Faith loved cats, enjoyed gardening, and loved spending time with family. She wrote a column for the local Braxton County newspaper for many years.
She is survived by nephews: Nathan Kidd; James Kidd and wife Vicky; nieces: Natalie Kidd; Deborah and husband Ron Kusmier; Rebecca and husband Lee Omanski; great niece: Ashley Gronner; sister-in-law; Carolyn Kidd.
Funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM, Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Stockert Funeral Home & Cremation, Flatwoods, WV. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 4:00-6:00 PM.
