Iva Lee Beamer, 82, of Sutton, WV passed away on December 31, 2022. She was born on September 21, 1940 to parents Henry James Morton and Irene Barnett Morton.

Iva is preceded in death by her parents and stepfather J.C. Nave; husband: Walter O. "Ted" Beamer; great grandson: Levi Burroughs; brothers: Orlie Morton, Cecil Morton, Lenoard Morton, Charles Morton and Darrell Nave; sisters: Charlotte Street, Monnie Williams, Louise Ingram and Marion Hulse; stepsons: Rondal and Christopher Beamer.

She is survived by her daughter: Kathern Beamer; grandchildren: Christopher Westfall and Valarie Mollohan; great grandchildren: Dalton Brown, Owen Beamer, Willow Westfall and Gunnier Westfall; sisters: Carolyn Lyons, Joyce Norman, Ruthie Lovelace and brother: James Nave; stepchildren: Robert and Richard Beamer; step grandchildren: Jennifer, Jon, Crystal and Cody Beamer; and step great grandchildren.

Iva was a Christian by faith and attended High Knob Church. She enjoyed sewing, canning, gardening and loved spending time with her family.

Service will be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 1:00 PM at High Knob Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 12-1 PM. Pastor Rod Nicholas will be officiating the service. Final resting place will be at Mount Hebron Cemetery.
