Clara Mae Eubank, 93, of Heaters, WV passed away on March 13, 2023 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 25, 1929, to parents Lanty and Macel Jackson Rose.
Clara Mae married Paul Eubank on January 30, 1950 and was married for 56-years before his passing in 2006. They traveled alone and with friends all over the United States. They visited every state except Hawaii and Alaska and has shared lots of memories about those trips.
She enjoyed cooking and baking. Clara Mae cooked for families in need and worked as a cook for Bud Prince and Libby’s Lunch. She will be forever remembered for her famous homemade bread and hot rolls. She loved to sew all sorts of clothes and Raggedy Ann dolls. Her and Paul made lots of homemade crafts and sold them. Clara Mae loved gardening, singing in church, sewing, quilting and crocheting.
She was a Christian by faith and a member of the Heaters United Methodist Church for 60+ years where she sang in the choir. She especially loved her family and spending time with them.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Eubank; daughter, Shirley Hall; son-in-law; Boggs Hall; sister, Audrey Thayer; brothers, David Rose, Ray Rose and Gale Rose.
She is survived by her grandchildren; Jennifer Hoover and husband, Robbie, HP Hall and wife, Laura; great grandchildren, Molly Hoover, Jacob Hoover, first born fifth generation great-great granddaughter, Iyvi Saige; great grandchildren, Dakota Trejo, D’Laney Ritter (Zach); great-great grandchildren, Ryan Claire Ritter, and Luke Ritter; sisters, Caron Long (John), Sharon Walchuck (Jack), Patti Rose (Raymond) and Judy Bryant (Danny); brothers, Gene Rose, Tommy Rose (Molena); sister-in-laws; Irene Rose and Evelyn Rose; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; and her wonderful neighbors, Jeff, Linda and Garrett Perkins.
Family would like to thank all of the staff at WV Caring, Evelyn Farley and primary caregivers Gail Stump and Molly Hoover.

Service will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Stockert Funeral Home & Cremation, 378 Flatwoods Corner Road, Flatwoods, WV. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service from 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Pastor Eric Veltre will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Braxton Memorial Cemetery, Airport Road, Sutton, WV.
